Operation Manager


Help to build the business with growing strategies and process the smooth working in the organization and Team.

Job Description:

  • Manages successful facility start-ups: within budget and on time. 
  • Regularly interacts with the field to understand and meet/exceed service requirements. 
  • Leads operations team for the distribution center. 
  • Vendor Performance analysis and improvement.
  • Managing the issue of DA and Drivers also Vehicle’s.
  • Good industrial knowledge with master in excels.
  • Monitoring route profitability & Streamline loss making routes.
  • To be well versed, with the transport activities, with due knowledge of arranging the fleet of vehicles for movement of transportation for decided clients, in house and local transport.

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Knowledge of distribution operating systems, logistics and forecasting.
  • Strong leadership and motivational ability.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision - makings.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years related experience with a demonstrated track record of success in leading a complex.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business resources.

Operation Supervisor


Responsible to manage the record at client location and deliver it to supervisor and keep tracking proper record and solve on-time challenges.

Job Description:

  • Regularly interacts with the DA and Clients Associates. 
  • Proper managing the DA and Vans. 
  • To be well versed, with the transport activities, with due knowledge of arranging the fleet of vehicles for movement of transportation for decided clients, in house and local transport.
  • Handle to arrange the on-time vehicle and driver to clients.
  • Manage and solve the issue of DA and Drivers also Vehicle’s.


  • 10th or equivalent.
  • Min 0 – 2 Years of Exp in Same Field.
  • Excellence problem solving decision making.



The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing general accounting duties as assigned to them by the accounting team. Some of the initial responsibilities will include maintenance of financial datasheets, input and review of journal entries, reconciliations, assistance with internal and external audits, and other accounting duties.

Job Description:

  • Process Journal Entries to G/L
  • Reconcile Bank and Credit card accounts monthly
  • Manage Account receivables and payables
  • Prepared financial reports by collecting, Analysing, and summarizing account information and trends as request
  • Company with central state and local legal requirements by maintaining compliances documentation for each client.
  • Work with respective team monthly to close book for each client.
  • Maintain records of vendor relations and status.
  • Stay informed and current with bookkeeping, Tax filling, HR Standard and other related government regulation.
  • Performed Ad-Hoc Assignments as requested pertaining to clients need.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting or financial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required, excellent use of Excel preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
